The Darkness[]
Jackie encounters Mitch in Fulton St. subway station, guarding the entrance to the City Hall Station. He asks Jackie to find his missing brother, Ernie in the City Hall Station. If Jackie agrees to help, Mitch will let him enter the blocked off station. Later after meeting with Ernie, Mitch will reward Jackie with a collectible phone number.
