When Jackie visits the Gun Hill, Abe gives him the key to the elevator and apartment of Eddie Shrote where the police try to interrogate Petey Pajamas. You can kill him right after he gives you the key for no penalty if you want to.
If Jackie visits him after the confrontation with Eddie, he will pull his gun out and attack him, which signifies a betrayal against Estacado.
