Angele was an orphan that lived in an abbey outside Paris. There she was constantly molested by Father Jean, a priest working there. At some point, Angele runs away from the abbey and reaches Paris. Having no money and no where to go, a pimp named Henri, takes her in. He then uses and abuses her for his own gain, pimping her out to wealthy clients.
Contracting Vampire Virus[]
One night, Henri discovers Angele keeping money from him. Believing her stealing money for drugs, Henri beats up Angele and leaves her in an alleyway. Later, Damon and Giselle, stumble upon unconscious Angele. They try to help her, but she gets scared and fights them. She bits one of them and draws blood. This gets her infected with the vampire virus running in their bloodstream. Damon then calmed the girl and brought her inside the club. As they suspected, Angele didn't wake up the next morning as she'd been infected with the virus and was in the comatose state following the infection. They then leave her sleep in one of the rooms.
But she wakes up earlier than expected and runs off. She stumbles through streets of Paris, eventually reaching the nightclub. Two prostitutes notice her and bring her to Henri, their pimp. As she is brought in to Henri, Angele recalls how he used and abused her for his own gain. Enraged, she attacks Henri and his henchman. Angele manages to slit henchman's throat and then jumps onto Henri to feed on his blood. After feeding, Angele goes to the abbey. Inside, she finds Father Jean, praying. She then recalls how he constantly molested her. Filled with fury, Angele attacks Father Jean and kills him. She then finds Colette hiding from her. Angele takes the girl and brings her back to her room. As a sign of gratitude, Colette gives Angele her plushy toy. Angele then heads to the cemetery outside and hides there.
Fight with Magdalena[]
The next night, Rosalia tracks down Angele. As she approaches her, the girl leaps onto her, revealing to have become a vampire. Rosalia smacks her over the face with a flashlight, forcing the girl to back away. She then throws holy water at the Angele's face, but this does little to stop her. As the girl leaps again, Rosalia pierces her with a spear. Believing the vampire to be dead, Rosalia prepares to leave.
But then Angele wakes up and attacks her. Rosalia draws a sword, but before she can hit her, a man grabs her hand and then proceeds to kick her away. The girl then pulls out the spear as she gets surrounded by Michael's Coven. Rosalia sheets her sword and prepares to face the vampires. One of the them, named Giselle, quickly lunges at her and lifts her up into the her by her throat. Before the Giselle can bite her, groups leader Michael, stops her and they proceed to leave with Angele.
Michael's Coven[]
Angele is brought to their mansion, inhabited by members of Michael Coven and their friends. There, Angele gets new clothes and blood to feed on. The next night, Rosalia is brought to the mansion after being knocked out at the club by their supporters. Damon and Michael explain to Rosalia, that they're not vampires. Instead they're infected with a rare retrovirus, that stops the body's natural ability to produce heme, a necessary component of the hemoglobin in red blood cells. This forces those, that are infected to consume blood. But the coven is explicit to Rosalia, that they never kill for the blood.
In order to check if they're telling the truth, Rosalia puts her hands on Angele and reads her mind. After seeing all the truth behind the murders, Rosalia reassures all of them, that she won't tell the church where they're. Though others probably found their club. The Garduna then break into the house. Michael orders everyone to not hurt them and leave immediately. Rosalia tries to convince the Garduna, that they're just humans, infected with a virus and pose no threat to them.
But then Giselle attacks the two warriors. As she draws her sword to kill them, Michael stops her. Giselle tries to convince him, that few dead mortals of a few stupid intolerant churches is nothing compared to the safety of their family. Michael still doesn't let her kill them and angry Giselle walks away. Before leaving, Michael offers Rosalia to join them as she might be infected too. Rosalia refuses the offer, believing that she can convince the Garduna and the church, that they're harmless. She adds, that being the Magdalena, they won't hurt her. The coven then leaves together with Angele to look for a new safe haven.

Vampire Virus: Being infected with the vampire virus, Angele could regenerate her wounds extremely rapidly and move much faster.
Healing Factor: The absorption process of consuming blood produces excessive amounts of energy, which allows Angele cells to regenerate extremely rapidly. She was able to quickly recover after being stabbed with a spear through her abdomen.
Enhanced Agility: Angele showed impressive agility feats after being infected. She could make big leaps and move much faster than an ordinary human being.
Retractable Claws: Angele possessed retractable claws, which were extremely sharp. During fight with Henri's henchman, Angele was able to slit his throat with her claws.
