Bud Langley is a sports news anchor for News Watch 6 channel, appearing in The Darkness II.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Bud worked as a sports news anchor for a local news channel in New York called News Watch 6. As the channel started to experience a financial crisis, it was bought by David Graves. Soon Bud and his colleagues joined the Brotherhood and became its loyal members.
The Darkness II[]
Vendettas[]
During the Hit List mission "We Interrupt This Program", the assassins are tasked with shutting down the Brotherhood controlled channel for good. As they reach the main studio, Bud is seen watching the live air from out side the studio. He then notices the assassins and proceeds to attack them with the help of a fellow Brotherhood member dressed as security guard. Although they fight fiercely, the assassins managed to overpower and kill both of them.

- Darkness: Being a member of the Brotherhood, Bud was infused with the Darkness essence.
- Teleportation: Bud could quickly move through the environment in the form of purple smoke.
Abilities[]
- Trained Fighter: Bud was trained by the Brotherhood to be a proficient melee fighter. Differently from usual Brotherhood Melee units, Bud used an ordinary baseball bat and lacked the Darkness substance armor.
