The Brimstone Club is a location that appears in The Darkness II. A bordello funded by drug dealing and mob money, the Brimstone Club operated using a mannequin manufacturing business - “Lucky Mannequin” - as a front. Ultimately being bought out by the Brotherhood - presumably due to Vinnie’s connections with Venus, one of the girls working there - the club was torched and left to burn once Jackie Estacado, having been capture by Victor Vilante in hopes of Siphoning the Darkness from its host, broke free and began killing the cultists in the building.

The Darkness II[]
It functioned as a illegal club for men where prostitutes would serve them and their sexual desires and as a brothel for the Brotherhood. The club was located in a old abandoned mannequin factory. While inside, a prostitute called Venus, helps Jackie to infiltrate the club and acquire a gun. Later after Jackie manages to free himself, the Brotherhood sets the club on fire, destroying it in the process.
